We realize that we are in a unique position to influence the built environment and that we have a responsibility to reduce the impact of the buildings we produce. Through our multidisciplinary approach we aim to generate solutions that carefully consider energy use, environmental performance, selection of materials and life-cycle design parameters. This ensures the completed designs evolve from a holistic approach through analysis of the site, location, orientation, structure / fabric, form and, finally, how best to use the most appropriate opportunities that are available in terms of the natural resources and commercial viability.
We evaluate all potential life cycle costs of the building and recommend materials that will provide maintenance free solutions. We assess planning and building requirements to highlight and design out or minimize any risk
